1.We firmly confirm that all products are manufactured in compliance with the standards of National Mechanical Department.
2.Any question or trouble found by the user in the process of using our products should be reflected to us, so that proper measures can be taken to handle, improve and upgrade in time.
3.Customers will be guided for a proper installation & adjustment on products to make the operation success.
4.Any damage or failure caused in a normal operational condition will be repaired or replaced, free of charges ( consumables excluded). Whilst for those failures and malfunction caused by the following reasons:
1)By customers’ disassembling products without permission.
2)By customers’ inadequate operation or due to a bad working environment .
3)By lightning-struck or other natural disasters.
4)Others in excess of warranty period as stipulated in the contract.As well, we shall provide a call-service with charges when warranty expires. Reasons related are to be negotiated and concluded by both sides. Should there is any controversy afterward, it is necessary to be judged by a third party recognized by both sides.
5. Usually a definite response and service will be given in 4 hours upon the receipt of demands. However, for those users far away from our service centers, a phone guidance will be given at first and, if it is still in question, on-site services will be provided immediately. Certainly in such case, it will be necessary for the users to afford hoisting euipments for maintenance purpose.
